Purchase of bikes on our website requires a deposit of $500.  This deposit is refundable in case of cancellation of purchase. Deposit can be made on our website by adding bikes into cart and completing payment using major credit or debit cards. Remaining balance is required to be paid within 7 days of deposit via bank wire. Please call us for wiring information.


Most items will ship within 1 business day from receipt of fund. We may have to arrange special shipment for larger items.
International Shipping: We ship all bikes, parts and accessories worldwide. Please call 800-273-0929 or email us to arrange worldwide shipping and fees.


All bikes, parts and accessories are available for FREE pick up at our retail store location at: 11850 W State Rd 84, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33325, within our office hours: Monday-Saturday from 9AM - 5PM. Please bring your ID and receipt of online purchase.


All items are sold as is.  Always be sure to check fit and application with your model bike before purchasing.  Please ask us any questions about the item you intend to purchase before making the purchase.  We do whatever we can to make our customers happy.

Normally stocked items are covered by a 7 day "in your hands" return policy.  This means from the day of delivery you have 7 days to be sure it's everything you need it to be, or we'll work it back out of your hands. You will be responsible for shipping both ways, even if it was marked as free on your invoice.

There is a minimum 5% restocking fee on refunds, there is no restocking fee when you work with us on an exchange towards a reasonably equal value product.

There is also no restocking fee for store credit to be used now or in the future, when the above return conditions have been met.

Exceptions to these rules are damages to packing materials and items, lost items, and other things we must charge back for or refuse the return of.

No returns allowed on:

  • Bikes purchases
  • Special order items that are not available in our inventory and has to be special ordered.
  • Electrical components
  • Discontinued Items
  • Items marked 'Custom Built'
  • Rebate Items
  • Used Items

You must contact us in advance to approve the return / exchange, and to receive an authorization. We cannot accept unauthorized returns.

Ask in advance to be sure if there's any doubt.

Defective Returns / Exchanges

These are handled on a case by case basis, and we bend over backwards and work with manufacturers to get you taken care of quickly and in the right manner. You must contact us immediately upon discovering a defect.

International Customers

For various reasons (customs, taxes, etc) we cannot offer an open door return / exchange policy. You will always be taken care of in the case of warranty (USA based) and other defect claims as best we can. You are responsible for shipping here, and sometimes back depending on what is ultimately discovered with the gear in question. We will always do our best to work with you within our stated guidelines, feel free to ask questions before your purchase.
